METHODOLOGY

For each project, I pull from my toolbox of capabilities accumulated over a decade of experience, to leverage the best tools to effectively solve the problem, without creating unnecessary deliverables.

During each phase of the project, I work with the cross-functional teams to determine which deliverables will be most helpful for gaining new insights and solving the unique challenges at hand. I determine what efforts would be the most efficient use of the team's time to stay within the timeline, scope and budget for the project.

Although the process has a linear trajectory, it often requires circling back between phases as new insights are uncovered. At a high level this is my process for end-to-end UX design projects.

Here is a slightly more in-depth look at what a project's process could look like, when circling back to the previous phase of the project, to refine strategies and approaches, after uncovering new insights that emerged as the project progressed.

Note: This is not always necessary, but more to showcase that the process is not truly linear. I am a firm believer that optimizing the user experience to drive an organization's business goals requires continuous iteration and implementation of new insights and strategies.

TOOLS

I have worked with a wide array of tools over my career. I am flexible and can accommodate working with whatever tools your team uses. I also can recommend and help implement new tools in your team's process that your team may not be using today. Here are some of the common ones I frequently use for various projects.
